criketx Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to your access to and use of the criketx website, mobile-optimised site, and all services, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and content made available by criketx (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by criketx and targets adult players in Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using criketx in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the criketx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding contract between you and criketx.

Access to and use of the criketx Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering an account on criketx, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout your use of the Platform.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the Platform:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or any applicable law.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the criketx Platform for any reason.
• You do not have an existing criketx account that is currently active, suspended, or under review.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of criketx.

criketx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by criketx support will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access betting markets, casino games, and all other features of the criketx Platform, you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an account on criketx, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times. criketx accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

criketx operates a KYC verification process in line with international responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the Platform:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used to deposit funds.

criketx reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the criketx Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. criketx will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify criketx support immediately at support@criketx if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

All financial transactions on the criketx Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). criketx supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods and their associated limits may be updated from time to time at criketx's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your criketx account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within minutes.
• criketx does not accept deposits made from credit or debit cards belonging to third parties. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name and verified under your criketx account.
• Deposits must be made for the purpose of placing genuine bets and participating in casino games. criketx reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or return deposits that it reasonably suspects are made for money-laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited purposes.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• criketx reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to five (5) business days.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Refer to Section 6 for full bonus terms.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. criketx reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

All bets placed and games played on criketx are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. criketx reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds pricing.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach the minimum required duration for settlement purposes, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. criketx does not guarantee the continued availability of in-play markets throughout any given event.
• Minimum bet stakes are ৳20 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are enforced at the point of bet placement.
• criketx reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets from accounts identified as engaging in arbitrage, systematic exploitation of pricing errors, or matched betting.

5.2 Casino and Live Casino

• Casino games are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Habanero. Each game operates under its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). criketx does not influence game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnect, or technical failure during a casino game session, criketx's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are determined by the game provider and are not guaranteed. criketx accepts no liability for the accuracy of jackpot displays.

5.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

criketx reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Settled winnings arising from a voided bet will be reversed accordingly.

criketx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your criketx account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and not to your real-money balance.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• criketx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless the applicable promotion terms expressly permit this.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that conflict with a bonus's minimum deposit requirement are not eligible to claim that bonus during the restriction period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

criketx actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or no-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to clear bonus requirements collectively, and exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed without notice.

As a registered user of criketx, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable laws, and the reasonable expectations of a legitimate online betting and casino service. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on criketx:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or bonus claiming.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit pricing anomalies.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live casino poker or any game where outcomes can be influenced by coordinated play.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability on the Platform rather than reporting it to support@criketx in good faith.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing criketx staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction you have voluntarily applied to your own account.

criketx reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reversal of winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. criketx will cooperate fully with any legitimate legal request for information relating to suspected prohibited conduct on the Platform.

criketx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by criketx.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated by the player against a legitimate deposit.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through their account settings or via support@criketx.
• An account being identified as belonging to a person under the age of 18.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their criketx account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@criketx with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

criketx offers self-exclusion periods of one (1) week, one (1) month, six (6) months, one (1) year, and permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible, no marketing communications will be sent, and no bonuses will be credited. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed end date are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at criketx's sole discretion.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, criketx's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet or game session shall be limited to the amount of the player's real-money account balance at the time the relevant claim arises. criketx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever.
